EPD Chief Scott Drake to Retire
ELMIRA (WENY) – After 23 years in the department, and six years as chief, Elmira Police Chief Scott Drake will step down next month. Deputy Chief Mike Robertson will serve as acting chief during the search for Drake's permanent replacement.
